Extremely friendly staff. The lady at the counter does her work with heart and soul. This in turn can be seen in the quality. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, we had an extremely unpleasant experience when ordering from Subway. We were looking forward to enjoying our meal, but after 90 minutes of waiting we still hadn't received anything. We called 4 times about this When we finally decided to ask for our money back, we were met with extremely unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from the staff. The woman on the phone seemed unable to communicate effectively with us and even hung up the phone twice without providing us with adequate assistance. Such customer service is absolutely rude and disappointing.
Very nice service. Prices as always high. But the rolls are delicious...
