Punto Giusto - Luzern

Found this place in Lucerne randomly and truly, really liked it. The concept with very limited but freshly prepared salad, pasta and desserts for lunch is excellent and the food is very delicious. I definitely come back.

The ambience is really inviting: pictures of old film stars and old parapherals on the walls, peach-colored, Italian pop-rock music and old wooden furniture. Friendly staff, real tomatoes in sauce, amazing mozzarella. But what this restaurant gave 3 stars instead of the 5 that it probably deserved was the shaded prices. For the meat option there was only one menu with 60 francs per person and 65 francs for the fish option. The menu was: antipasti, pasta (selection between pesto or pomodoro, meat or fish main menu, dessert. Since it was almost 20.00 a.m. and we were not very hungry, we only asked for the antipasti and the pasta. We were served a huge antipasti dish and 2 huge bowls pasta with enough food for 3 people per bowl (no exaggeration here . The amount of the pasta bowl was unfortunately also not to finish because the pasta was particularly thick and filled. We also ordered a bottle of mineral water. Well, the accounts for this was 89 francs that were exaggerated! The waitress explained that we had served antipasti for 2 and pasta for 2 people, but even so, that was the most expensive pasta we've ever eaten! And even if we decide to disregard the price for a moment, you need to know that the restaurant is not a printed menu, but the fixed menu on a chalkboard where only 2 prices were specified: 60 or 65 francs. Were they seriously charged 20 francs the antipasti, 20 francs the pasta and 20 the main meat bowl?! Mathematics doesn't work as you look at them. Oh, and the 1 l bottle of water was 9 francs! So should we guess the prices of each part if we do not want to consume the entire menu? This is a very non-transparent pricing policy and perhaps illegal. Therefore, although the food (which we could not even eat halfway through and which they do not offer to pack for us! Originally flavored and indeed well cooked, it will not try to go back there. Too bad.

There are hardly enough words to describe how happy we were after we found Punto Giusto to find a good Italian food. It wasn't good. It was PERFECT! It really felt like we came to the home of a beautiful Italian grandmother: the different antipasti was already on the table... only mouthwater. After we had our seat, it didn't take a second until the waiter kindly welcomed us and asked for drinks. What is great about Punto Giusto: You don't have to read there because there is no actual menu, but the cook has already planned the menu for the evening. You can be sure that every delicious food will get after their diet, just inform the waiter before he brings the food my vegetarian friend was just as happy as I was like a meat eater; . Finely cooked meat and delicious pasta made the main course wonderful, the Tiramisu for dessert got us all more than satisfied at the end! Finally, I really recommend visiting Punto Giusto for all Italian experience with delicious food! I'm glad to see you again soon...

Immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl, der Gastgeber ist immer sehr freundlich und geht auf die Bedürfnisse ein. Spezialwünsche (Intoleranzen) werden so gut wie möglich berücksichtigt. Auch zum zMittag sehr zu empfehlen. Bei Reservation steht eine Antipasti-Platte bereits auf dem Tisch. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Punto Giusto!

Es ist ein gemütliches kleines Lokal man fühlt sich wie bei der "Nonna" zu Hause.Und das Essen ist super lecker.Der Schmorrbraten ist absolut zu empfehlen.Unbedingt reservieren.
