I ordered the last non alcoholic drink of the hotel's drink list (cannot remember... read more On 16th August 2019 my sister, a friend and I sat on the terrace of the hotel. I ordered the last non alcoholic drink of the hotel's drink list (cannot remember the name), containing the above listed ingredients. Whereas the taste was nice, I have to...criticize the amount of liquid available in the glass. After two sips through the straw the liquid part of the drink was finished and what was left is crushed ice, filling two thirds of the glass. This drink costs Fr. 12. , contains no alcohol, barely has any liquid and with the price charged I call it a rip off . When paying I made a comment to the waiter who said that he would report it. Dear Schweizerhof Management: please investigate with your bar tenders and if they merely follow the hotel's policy please adjust the soda/ice ratio of the non alcoholic drinks, serve the drinks in bigger glasses and make the stately price of Fr. 12. justifiable. We did not stay h... read more This hotel is beautiful inside and out! it is right on Lake Lucerne with a fantastic view. We stopped for lunch 2 days because it was so good! We did not stay here but just walking through the lobby made you wish you had. We...had ham and cheese sandwiches and fruit the best on our whole trip! If you can't stay there you should definitely stay for lunch, dinner or a drink!

The Caesar... read more High expectations evening turned disappointing. C S.Jaques starter is certainly not at the level, 3 small very salty highly liquefy frozen) scallops. The Caesar salad was not even properly cut. The rest of the dishes were OK but not impressive for the price. We...also needed to ask to fix the table. In an evening where it had turned out impossible to find a table in Kms around, we were almost alone...which did not contribute to the atmosphere of the place. Friendly service otherwise.
