Our terrace gave us a... read more We stayed in this palace with my fiancé to celebrate our engagement. Our suite was really beautiful, spacious with a very comfortable bed. Our terrace gave us an incredible view of the lake and Pilatus mountain . We also loved the Spa, the gym, and the food within this palace. The hotel staff is really kind, smiling and takes great care of their customers. We really appreciated all these special attentions. We loved our stay in Lucerne with you and we will come back without hesitation

Hotel has great views from the rooms and I always felt every member of the staff was always more than helpful. I have stayed at a lot of 4-5 star hotels in Europe and the showers and bathrooms were always tiny. Big bonus for palace Luzerne was the full sized shower and the nice roomy bathrooms. Also, the hotel has a nice cigar lounge with a good selection. About it thing bad to say besides the price is the room AC is not very strong. Had the AC on Max output for 3 days straight and still did not get very cold in the room.
