What 's the point of a great lakeside location? The tables fill up regardless of the level of commitment, “guest care” or friendliness. Man (and woman) don 't need it the shop runs almost automatically. At least in the short term, the calculation is probably correct. It's great that this place exists. Especially the lounge. Service attentive and very friendly. And the prices are completely normal despite the extraordinary location!
Female service unfriendly and not attentive. We were also turned away several times even though the restaurant was still open according to the opening times. Too bad, won't come back.
Nice staff and delicious ice cream and drinks right on the promenade of Lake Lucerne.
