General service we asked for advice on how to get to Pilatus and was sent on a 1.5 hour journey, including walking 10mins to the station, waiting for and getting a train to Kriens, waiting for a bus at Kriens station to Pilatus Zentrum that only comes every half hour and walking on the other side to the cable car. On the way back we realised there was a bus that took less than 15 minutes from Pilatus Zentrum straight to the hotel. We were extremely irritated as I struggle to understand how the woman at reception could have got this so wrong when it seems like a very obvious question with a very simple answer. 2.
