All we can say is: Never ag... read more As recent guests wanting to savour traditional Swiss cuisine, we tried out this restaurant after arriving in Luzern for the evening. All we can say is: Never again! Staff were indifferent, and the manager outright rude. While it was busy there was no apology for slow service and two lots of people walked out. Quality of the food was 2nd rate for the high price we paid. On finishing our meal, no one acknowledged us leaving or thanked us for our custom so we left feeling extremely disappointed and ripped off (even for Switzerland)! What looked a cosy, inviting restaurant was anything but!

Very watery. Also the staff was fairly unattententive, and this was before official closing time.
