nice restaurant but a little expensive. Service is great! the value ratio on the other side is not at the rdv. for taste it deserves 3 stars out of 5 and clearly no more. dishes taken with ravioli with truffles of gorgonzola sauce and Sicilian tatare. for truffle ravioli, almost non-existent truffle (he should have called the ravioli dish with the gorgonzola sauce with 2 truffle slices). for tartar it was very little... Small quantities compared to prices, and an unfortunate piece of fish in the plate.
It's been a long time since we ate like this, it was a top slaughter, lamb mice and bone-to-mell and meurette egg.
Card rich, very good products, of quality. Perfect service. The only small flat is the lighting of the room: a little dark to read the menu, and the pink light spoils the visual of the dishes.
Once past the brothel of the Amstellodam district, with its lights slightly tamized red, The Golden Apple is this kind of restaurant that does what it has to do, serve what has on the map, no more, no less, like the service, the minimum of politeness, no more, no less... I hope you like fries, because no other feculent can accompany the dishes.
