Yamayu Santatsu - Luxembourg

We had to wait for one hour and still no food for me. The others had their food after 45 min so we shared that and left without having had my food. Very disappointed.

Crazy delicious Japanese restaurant I ordered Tori Karaage and GYU DON. The texture is the best that you could ever found in Luxembourg!!!!!!! The food the vibe and the service are amazing REALLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Good Japanese food for Luxembourg. We got the bento box which consisted of miso to start, fried meat, veggies and salad, sushi then mochi for the dessert. The food was good, nothing outstanding for the price. We particularly enjoyed the fried asparagus and meat. The service was ok. The chef wasn’t friendly and there were two trainees that were lost when we told them what we wanted to order. There was a more experienced young lady who was very kind, sweet and helpful. The restaurant is small and the seating is compact. The restaurant interior feels authentic. It may be hard to have a reservation for a large number of guests.

The freshest everything! Booked a table a week in advance as the local is quite small and many have been recommending this Japanese restaurant as one of the best in Luxembourg in that category, rightly so! There are no crazy creative pieces here, just Japanese cuisine in its purest form, with ingredients so tasty they don’t need anything else. Even the matcha moshi for dessert had the right texture: not too sticky, not too hard. 100% recommend!
