Burger King - Luxembourg

One of the patties in my veggie burger was so hard, cold and old that I could use it as a frisbee without issues. Worst burger I had in my life, by far for sure they did that because I ordered to take away, so no opportunity to complain right away. The lady at the counter was friendly though, so 1 more star for that.

Having worked in BK in my youth, I can tell you that this BK needs a security guard, like we do in the UK with the BKs that are based in difficult neighbourhoods. Drug addicts go around asking for purchasing receipts to get the toilet codes and use the toilet for their drugs. It is not for the young BK employees to face them, but for the company to get a proper security guard.

The space was clean and the staff was friendly, but the amenities raised some doubts. The seats appeared worn-out, and certain individuals in the vicinity were causing disturbances. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. However, I encountered a peculiar situation where the receipt and acknowledgement slip did not print after making the payment using the automated machines. Since there was not much rush during that period, it was relatively simple to explain the situation to the staff by providing them with the order number, although I did not have a physical receipt.

Surprised with the performance level decline...the big king burgers were not as usual..filthy tables and on top of that when I asked for some salt I was handed 2 only...by the way we were 4
