Krishna Vilas - Luxembourg City

Unfortunately, the waiter did not understand veganism. I wanted a dish that could be adjusted to vegan after the menu, but he insisted that everything on the whole menu including yogurt, windshield wiper and butter ghee was all vegan anyway no adjustments needed. During reflection, I should probably have been turned to a dish that was vegan marked, but I was irritated and had lost faith in the place and went. While the restaurant was clean and modern, I didn't like the area. I had to make a drink somewhere before, but there were no women in sight, men who made a click noise when I died, and sex show signs. I gave it 2 stars because the pictures look really delicious and I think I just have the wrong waiter on a bad day.

I really enjoyed eating clear labelling vegan dishes and vegan options. We liked the South Indian plate with different small pods! Would come back!

I like the food in Krishna Vilas. Half of their menu is either vegan or can be made vegan. It's pretty difficult to decide what to eat. The food is delicious and not too expensive. I had a starter (Manchurian Gobi) and a head (Mysore Masala Dosa) and was completely satisfied. The staff is also very friendly and can adwise you on vegan dishes. You will also find dishes that you cannot find in any other Indian restaurant in Luxembourg.

There are many options however no vegan naan or desert. The curries we tried were not very flavorful and a few of our friends stomachs were bad afterwards. The service was awful but as they just opened I have not taken this into account for this review.
