So my family and friends decided to stop here on thier vacation. They heard such great things about the restaurant. Well let me just say that it did NOT live up... read more So my family and friends decided to stop here on thier vacation. They heard such great things about the restaurant. Well let me just say that it did NOT live up to the hype. They ordered shakes, and one hot apple, and one hot strawberry creme cheese pie. They waited over a half hour for the shakes, and they asked how much longer for the pies, which the lady responded 12 mins. Well they waited that time and asked again. To the reply of thier staff ,well we didn't start them yet. Are you serious! Why would you give a time to be finished and not have them started as of yet. So the customer service is absent in this establishment. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness. The bathrooms were disgusting, and behind the counter they didn't even bother to clean up back there either. The other costumers were complaining they have already waited over 45 mins for thier food ,and still waiting. So my family left without getting pie after they paid and no refund. After wasting all that time waiting for food that apparently no one wanted to make for them. They could here the employees argue over them not wanting to make them. They were very rude and disrespectful. I think more training in how to deal with the public is in great need here. It put unnecessary extra travel time on thier trip. So if you don't have an extra few hours and some hand sanitizer , I would not visit here.

WRONG! it was kinda dirty not just that my burger was cold the fries weren’t cooked all the way for this platen being new not busy with so many employees standing around one cook was playing with a girls hair flirting standing around in a group… my food was trash! Talked to the manger she was rude and didn’t care I was a unhappy customer.
