Today was the first time in years that I've gone to a Jack's with a history of poor experience at their restaurants, but this time at this location was very different. The staff was pleasant and the food wasreally good!

Slaw was f... read more When we ate inside the amount of food was more than when we got to go. Chicken fingers were nice and plump inside but got to go they were very small. Slaw was full of liquid. Green beans was only good thing about meal. Left out sauces. We ordered cookies,2 packs. They were not put in or charged because their friend behind us told them to save them the cookies, so they got them.Had to wait for others to cook. We live in another state so can't go back to get. Also ordered 2 scoops of ice cream in cup, onescoop vanilla and 1 chocolate. Was told we would have to pay separately and extra because not same favor. Always something whenwe get it to go but no problems dining in. We stopped here several times while traveling.

So if its your first time, you don't know to ask for condiments, you drive away and really regret it. fries were dry/cold-ish. Folksworking there were nice and service was pretty quick. So no complaints there... Third time to a Jacks and first time for thisone. They are 0 for 2 on lunch type meals but breakfast was good the one time we tried it.
