Panda Express - Lutz

This place can be quite busy and often appears to have closed their dining area for unknown reasons. The food is what you would expect, but what really stood out to me about this place was the customer service. My experience with Melissa S. was by far the best I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I witnessed her brightening a customer's day by offering crayons and paper to a young child's parents before it was my turn. She explained the menu and had a very professional yet friendly demeanor while preparing my meal, which is exactly what I appreciate and why I will be coming back.
