Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the extremely rude and verbally aggressive waitress, Meriam. She seemed irritated while taking my order over the phone and was not friendly when taking drink orders. The situation escalated when there was a mix-up with our bill, and although I offered to pay for the mistake, Meriam caused a scene and had difficulty with basic math. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant due to the disrespectful behavior and poor customer service.

The prawns were overly covered in sauce, which was too rich for my taste. The rest of the food was standard for a steak place, nothing special. The drinks were better than the food. I have been to the Stratford branch many times when I lived in London, and I can say that Luton doesn't compare in terms of food. The mash and steak sauces were bland and lacked seasoning. I wish I could say the food was amazing, but unfortunately, I can't. On a positive note, I would highly recommend Boga Steakhouse in Watford for anyone looking for a good steak restaurant. The food and ambiance there are amazing, and it's definitely worth the money spent.
