I was so disappointed with everything, before flight I wanted to get my usual cold matcha tee with oat milk and vanilla syrup,the lady put too much matcha powde... read more I was so disappointed with everything, before flight I wanted to get my usual cold matcha tee with oat milk and vanilla syrup,the lady put too much matcha powder in the drink and it was so bitter that I couldn’t even drink it,so I gently waited and asked if she can remake it , I saw the face that she didn’t wanted to do that, I’m lactose intolerance so that’s the reason why I’m drinking with oat milk , i saw that she used normal milk this time for tee and just gave me with the attitude. I asked if that’s really with the oat milk, she looked confused but said yes , so basically she lied. But anyway I tried and of course it wasn’t oat milk. At that point I just threw drink away, because I wasn’t bothered to asked for the third time to remake,and the whole flight to Egypt was ruined, I’m not mad abotu 6£ that i spent on nothing but the whole attitude generally!

Plus you have a place where you can charge your phone, witch for me it was very important having a connection flight and I had to wait 11hours..
