Monna Lisa - Luton

We had a lovely time at Monna Lisa. As a starter we shared a salad (tomato, mozzarella and lettuce, seasoned with olive oil). Then we had the spaguetti Carbonara and the Arrabiatta. They prepare them with a delicious creamy sauce. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home. We'll definitely come back.

Good old fashioned venue, but the food was delicious. Great service too. Will definitely be going back.

Delicious traditional food. Friendly staff, a little old fashioned decor but I kind of liked that. Best Tiramisu (home made) I have ever had. Light, not too strong on the alcohol melts in your mouth reasonably priced

This authentic fine dining Italian restaurant is absolutely brilliant.I originally read an article in the news about it online where it was complimented for the delicious food and fantastic service it offers at an incredible value and situated in Luton. From there on, I was keen to experience this myself, I headed over on a Friday night, made the reservation half hour before (luckily that had a table available) and we were welcomed warmly.The menu has plenty of options to choose from, the food was exceptionally delicious, the starters the calamari, the garlic bread, the bruschetta, all of it was extremely well cooked and had wonderful flavours! The main courses we ordered were fantastic, all tasting incredible. The desert was tasty and a great way to end the meal.The staff were very attentative, very professional but also making us feel so comfortable. Lovely family business from the looks of it. The owner asked us how our food is, he also ensured the ingredients were accommodating our taste buds in terms of spices etc.Overall, an exceptionally great Italian restaurant, that is now on my top 10 list of great places to eat!Brilliant, 5 stars
