Mcdonald's - Luton

We waited a long time for our order, along with many other customers. It was clear that they prioritize online orders. When our food finally arrived, our burgers were all over the place, as if everything had just been thrown into the box.

Some customers were trying to order drinks and snacks, but those took nearly an hour as well. The manager complained that it couldn’t be helped because the staff was busy fighting in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the employees ignored the customers and rolled their eyes when complaints were made. To make things worse, when I finally tried to leave, I found that the doors were locked! The only way out was to climb over the fence. What an absolute nightmare! I would advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. It was a complete disaster!

This place has a fast-food vibe, where you can come in and order four cheeseburgers without pickles. However, the service is quite slow. You might end up waiting 30 minutes, only to receive three cold cheeseburgers without pickles. On the plus side, they are very environmentally friendly. They always ensure that no paper is used in their products, and they make a lot of milkshakes. You can even get up to three cubes of ice in your drinks. Thank you for being conscious about our cows, forests, and glaciers.

After 20 min waiting for table order, another customer brought my ordering witch was found on the stairs. After 5 min the manager comes and without excuses said on the table waiting will bring me back order. no apologies, no compensation, just wait around 30 minutes for order.

Usually a hit and miss. Yet again the chips are undercooked. All the food is cold. Definitely a McDonald's to avoid.
