Mcdonald's - Luton

After 20 min waiting for table order, another customer brought my ordering witch was found on the stairs. After 5 min the manager comes and without excuses said on the table waiting will bring me back order. no apologies, no compensation, just wait around 30 minutes for order.

Usually a hit and miss. Yet again the chips are undercooked. All the food is cold. Definitely a McDonald's to avoid.

THE WORST Mac Donald’s I’ve ever been too. Totally disgusting and unacceptable. Nobody cared about anything. It’s was filthy. Everywhere. Staff swearing in the kitchen. Staff ignoring simple customer requests. Manager arguing with delivery driver. No printed receipts. No ice cream based items. Food diabolical. The manager/s are a disgrace to let things run like this. There was food/liquid on the floor in the kitchen visible from the front counter. Food and packaging all over table and floor in restaurant. Unclean floor throughout.. needs a **** good mop. Disabled toilet totally disgusting. Unclean and rubbish everywhere. A junkie curled up in the corner of the restaurant and worse for wear. This place needs spot checking regularly from both area managers and environmental health because there clearly is a management attitude issue and a total lack of pride. The buck stops with them.

Filthiest McDonald's ever been to. From the floor to the tables and the toilets. Tables been vandalised as well. Avoid wasting your money in such a place!!!

This place is a joke, inside is now crowded and the waiting time is about 30+mins!! Totally unacceptable!! At 11pm! Place is also full of rubbish, leftover foods and bags at nearly every table. Ridiculous, something has to be done here!
