Despite asking multiple times if someone was available, a man at the counter yelled at us that he was working alone. Another customer in line grew frustrated and left. When the team leader finally came to take our order, there was no apology for the long wait and no greeting or thank you. After receiving my takeout order, I discovered that the chicken pieces were both oily and dry.

There is plenty of seat... read more I quite often stop here for lunch when I am visiting the Arndale as I love a KFC and the quality of the food and service is always good. There is plenty of seating, self service machines and access to condiments. The only thing that let's it down slightly is they don't clear tables down quick enough.

I called the restaurant to address the issue, but they were unhelpful and could not offer any solutions. It's clear that they are quick to take your money but fail to provide satisfactory service. This ruined my dinner, and I would not even feed this food to my dog. Save your money and avoid this place.
