ordered by just eat instead of throwing my order like any other place. they confirmed it for 1 hour delivery. then confirmed it delivered. it never turned up. I called the restaurant and they said they tried to contact me before. I have no record of it. 3 stars as the customer service was friendly and just eat must take part of the responsibility. The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. This was my second visit, and just like the first time, the food was amazing. I enjoyed the freshly cooked burgers, pizza, drinks, and chips in a neat and clean environment. Every bite was mouth-watering. This is one of the best places to eat in town. I recommend sitting down to eat rather than getting takeout, as the hot food straight from the grill, pan, or oven is far tastier.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The chicken was undercooked and raw in the middle, the sauce seemed outdated, the chips were overcooked and salty, and the restroom was extremely dirty. I informed the shopkeeper about these issues and requested a visit from the Luton Borough Council for a food inspection. Unfortunately, the shopkeeper did not bother to address my concerns. Proceed with caution when dining at this establishment.
I was satisfied with my meal, though I noticed that the burger buns had a slight greasy smell. However, overall I was pleased with everything.
Portion size very different to previous orders, always been generous but not this time, was very small. Food was cold and was a 1 hour wait.
Always great food. Delivery always is in time and being handed over at my door, never have to wait in parking lot. I appreciate it.
