What User doesn't like about Greggs:
We stopped in the southbound travelodge on 1st April 2022. On the morning of the 2nd me and my wife called into the greggs (southbound) at 6am. We were the 2nd customer of the day. We ordered 2 bacon buttys. We walked back to our room which took 3 minutes tops. The bacon was freezingcold and after 1 bite each they went into the bin. Pulled in for my break, bought 2 sausage and bacon rolls, they had no eggs at 0600, shocking, back to my truck, both luke warm, don't use Greggs as a rule from previous experiences, will not be using them ever again, service was shocking, not impressed by any means.
The restaurant provided excellent service during our dining experience for breakfast. The food and atmosphere both received a perfect 5-star rating.
I received cold food at this restaurant. When I brought it to their attention in front of other customers, I was given a refund and asked to leave. It is unfair to serve customers cold food that should be hot.
The customer service at this location is not the most proficient.
