Greggs - Luton

I experienced a problem with my car after picking up two members of staff at a restaurant. They were incredibly helpful and kind, offering assistance with water and checking if I was okay despite being busy. They even went above and beyond by cleaning out a milk bottle and filling it with water just in case I needed it. Although I only made it to Harpenden before needing a mechanic, I am very impressed by their service. I didn't catch their names, but I would be proud to have them as my children or staff. A big thumbs up to them!

The coffee may be hit or miss, but the baguettes are always a great choice to pair with any drink. The restaurant is clean and modern, conveniently located within a business park.

The restaurant is small but always bustling with customers. The food is fresh and the service is quick, making it perfect for a quick lunch. There is also plenty of parking available.

Simple order... bacon roll with tomato sauce. Get back to office ... brown sauce! Not the first order that has been wrong but don't realise until too late. Seriously.... can not be that difficult !

Visited on Saturdays , tables full of rubbish, spilt coffee all over the floors , tables or floor not cleaned the half an hour i was in there. Wasnt particulary busy so i would have expected staff to at least clean up the spills, no customer toilets either
