Loch Lomond Arms - Luss

Had the pleasure of dining in one of the 'pods ' this evening with my wife and in laws. My mother in law has not been out in months but I thought if we were in our own bubble she would be OK. Safe to say we all thoroughly enjoyed it, great food and a very unique, intimate dining experience. Staff were certainly on the ball and very pleasant. Overall a very memorable experience. Just left here after having a meal! For the price absolutely shocking! I had the haggis neeps and tatties! Which was quite clearly just out the microwave the “whiskey” sauce was like water! My partner had the beef which they gave her a butter knife to cut with it was clearly a saw she needed! And the staff well what can I say nothing but rude. We were never asked once how our meal was or if they could get us anything else! Even when leaving they never said thank you. Just stared at us as we left!! To be honest I think the sheer lack of customer service is down to the fact that a 10% tip is included in your bill. Clearly the staff don’t feel the need to be helpful. If I would have the choice there would have been no tip left! I will definitely not be back here!!!!

Profiteering rip off merchants, bottle house wine £30.00 AND the profiteering rip off merchants added a gratuity charge on top! Will never recommend or visit that conning overcharging profiteering place again

Lovely day to sit outside in the sun for a drink. We had booked a table for dinner later on. Food was way overpriced and I’m sorry to say the service was total rubbish. There was plenty staff but still very slow

I just had Christmas lunch at the hotel, and it was fantastic! The staff and management were very friendly. I look forward to returning next year. 10/10!
