Went today was told after standing in line that they could not do hot food and had no pumpkin spice. We still got one drink and a donut and the donut was stale. Many people left but they kept serving hot food to the to go orders that were walking in. Will never go here again. A lot of workers and terrible service. The morning staff seems to be a lot better than the afternoon staff. Ordered my usual avocado toast and when I bit into it, the bread was SO HARD the crust cut the inside of my mouth. The toast was burnt and hard it sounded like I was biting an ice cube. It was not edible. Literally hard as a rock. I can still feel the pressure on my front teeth. Edit: it’s been a few hours after and my 2 front teeth are aching so badly. Good job.
