Contribute FeedbackFarmhouse immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, in total peace and silence. Very friendly staff. Local products, own production and season. Typical Gallura cuisine, with intense and sincere flavors. Starting from the mixed appetizers of their production, then pass to the first (suppa gallurese e gnocchetti sardi), coming to the porceddu. Red wine always of their production. Great value for money. We will certainly return from Canu for that authentic taste of Sardinia, not eulcorate to squeeze the eye to the tourist. Keep going!
Farmhouse surrounded by greenery. It is reached by making a piece of dirt road. Upon arrival it is asked if you have intolerances or allergies as food is served with products of their vegetable garden and their company that are prepared fresh day. This is why there is no menu for the choice of dishes. We made 4 dinners: meats, cheeses, dumplings, pork, zucchini in 1000 different ways, bieta and potatoes rolls, pumpkin flowers, seadas etc. A try of taste and goodness seasoned by a lot of kindness and a gunfight. My children aged 8 and 12 have left nothing in the pot. If you like nature and authentic tastes this is the right place.
We've been resting on this agrithurism, and one of the nights we used dinner. It was pretty asketic. Maybe because we were the only visitors. Pasta is good. Meat is so good. The wine is very simple. Anyway, dinner left a negative impression rather than neutral.
We chose to go to Pasquetta and we are very happy to have made this choice. The road to reach the farm is rural, but for 3/4 totally asphalted; but it is a sacrifice repaid by the excellent food. Typical cuisine gallurese. We are of the place and we were ecstatic to have heard totally the flavors of Sardinia; from the many appetizers, sliced cheeses under 'oli, to the first with the soup and gnocchi, to the second of meat and grilled vegetables to conclude as from true tradition with our typical and delicious dessert, the Seadas. The place is very good. Eduction and kindness is yet another confirmation of the vote given. Congratulations; we will definitely return:
Structure inserted in a vast wood and agricultural area of over 200 hectares. Managers available and comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, dinner with products of the company and homemade pasta, accompanied with an excellent cannonau always produced on site. Unica pecca never offered local cheese and breakfast with spermercato products.
