(We had received a confirmation via SMS, so we assumed everything was fine. Not for the first time, as the landlady told us on the phone. You should just make a reservation by phone. And no, there would be no way of getting something off the ground within a few hours. The four children were very disappointed; they had been looking forward to it for a long time. Then we stopped there anyway. Fine food, but small portions. Unfortunately, the landlady didn't even deign to stop by, let alone apologize. The only way we can explain all of this is that there is no need to emphasize hospitality at Bahnhöfli. A pity.
