What Michael Faulhaber doesn't like about Auszeit:
Very bad if you are not respected by the service staff. We went after 20 minutes without breakfast. We were then able to observe in this time from a baker, who left three other couples of undue things. I have great understanding for lack of personnel, reasonable prices and high costs.
