Contribute Feedback What Jane C doesn't like about Sean Patrick's Family:
I recently attended a wedding where Sean Patrick's catered the event, and I must say, the food was quite disappointing. It was bland, overcooked, and greasy. However, what stood out even more negatively was the quality of the silverware and plates they provided. They reminded me of cafeteria or nursing home utensils—old, scratched plates, and bent forks and spoons that didn’t even match. The bride's family felt embar... View all feedback.
Mother's Day HORRENDOUS experience for my entire family! Buffet food was ice cold we had no idea that there was more than one station. Waitress was absolutely wonderful, one of the best I've had ever, but didn't inform us of all the stations so basically we paid $25.99 for cold eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, nasty lobster bisque rock hard pancakes french toast. When you Google Sean Patrick's and go to their website, nowhere on that website does it say that it was $10 more for their buffet for Mother's Day. Normal Sunday buffet prices are $14.99 per plate so basically they jacked the price up $10 per plate for Mother's Day; really nice of them, Happy Mother's Day! She said that the reason it's $10 more is because the buffet is much more elaborate than their normal Buffet. When you compare the food that's listed on their Facebook page to their regular menu It's the exact same so what's so elaborate about that? What's worse is that when you click on their website from Google it does not tell you anything about Mother's Day pricing. Had we known there's no way we would have gone there it's definitely not worth $26 per plate. When we informed the manager that we were unhappy with the food the fact that their mothers day pricing was not listed anywhere, she did absolutely nothing about it. I showed her that when you clicked on the website there was nothing about the pricing and she proceeded to argue with me saying that it says so on their Facebook page. I said well normally people don't go to a Facebook page when you want information about a business, they go directly to their website and not their Facebook page. I even told her that I was going to go to their website and give them a bad review and she didn't care she just said thank you very much and went on her way. I've never been to an establishment where the customer service from a manager is so awful. I just couldn't believe that this manager was so unwilling to do anything to help us out. Nothing at all! If you want to keep customers you should try to keep them happy and every one of us was unhappy with this experience which is very upsetting to me because it was Mother's Day and I wanted it to be special for our mother and it was everything but that! In case they delete this, I will make sure that I post this on my Facebook page so my 1000+ friends will definitely see how horrible of an experience we had at Sean Patrick's.
Nice buffet on Thanksgiving. Has meals to go. Cozy and warm. Good food. What more can I say. Easy to park and is right off the main road.
Horrible horrible food cold not heated raw if you don't ask for fully cooked. Went their for thanksgiving and was sold raw turkey after the chef was arguing that it was fully cooked when you can see that it was raw and pink. No flavor in the food was very bland I don't think that I will ever go there again not even my friends. You may of lost us all as customers. You were selling a buffet style meal for 23.00 that was not even cooked so because I paid 63.00 for 2 plates what a disappointment you have made of yourselves the rolls were hard and cold, the vegetables were stone cold what a waste of money
We recently hired Sean Patrick's Catering for our Mom's Celebration of Life. The catering manager was helpful with selecting our food choices. She was sympathetic with our situation as we still in the grieving process. We ordered the turkey and lasagna to provide a hot meal in November. It was perhaps the worse meal we had ever experienced. There was minimal turkey on a mountain of soggy bread stuffing. The mashed potatoes were clumps of paste. The vegetable were soggy and appeared to be opened from a can and thrown in a serving pan as they were cold. The lasagna was slimy and again barely warm. I am not sure if the food was left over from another catering event. It was just so sad to provide a celebration of Mom with such disgraceful and disgusting food. Even worse when we tried to provide feedback, there was no response or apology from the owner or manager. As we were sending thank you cards out to all our guests we were contemplating sending apology cards for this deplorable catering service. Never again will we use this caterer or even try to dine there.
I recently hired Sean Patrick 's Catering for a baby shower. I selected the Economy Buffet for the variety it offered and at the price of $10.95 I expected relatively tasty food. Unfortunately, I was quite surprised when I saw the 'vegetable ' lasagne was made with what appeared to be frozen mixed vegetables.....diced carrots, corn, peas. The second disappointment was the vegetable dish(a mix of yellow wax and green beans) was floating in water. The third disappointment was the extremely salty turkey, definitely not real turkey. The requested serving time was noon, but the buffet was fully set up with sterno 's lit approximately at 10:30 a.m. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed in the food that cost over $300.00! With the $25.00 delivery fee, $25.00 packaging cost (optional) and gratuity (optional) the full bill was $460.00!!
