The staff seemed inexperienced and lacked problem-solving skills, often neglecting to check orders properly. If I hadn't been paying attention to them prepare my order—despite it already being marked as ready and making me wait an additional 15 minutes—I would have had to search for BBQ sauce at home for my kids. However, the young man at the register was very friendly and helpful.

The service was terrible and the restaurant was unsanitary! When I pointed out the cup filled with mold, they only offered to get me a new cup, which I never received. I will never return to this location; it was a very disappointing experience, especially while traveling from out of town!
