Literally didn’t want to turn on their machine to make my order and also didn’t want to refund me for it. No thanks Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Sat at bay two pressing the red button for service with no response. It was not until I questioned the car hop that I was told the button was broken. I moved to another bay and questioned the person on the speaker about the button. I was informed that the button had a mind of its own. The button being broken didn 't bother me. Things happen. The fact that at least two employees knew it was broken and did nothing to place a sign or block the bay was ridiculous. The food was good, customer service not so much.
