Two orders in 2 weeks were incorrect. A 1# all the way with cheese and mayo.....the burger only had mayo. 2nd order tacos with onions and a 1# with cheese, mustard and pickles......no onion, no cheese and 13 fries. 13! Where is the problem? The person taking the order of the person making the food? Check your orders. Even if they get it wrong, they won't make it right. Service: Takeaway
I taked out,and spacificaly told the girl that we have expierienced lame lettuce all white and pale,and make sure the lettuce is all green and fresh. She stated OK will do that,but we got our burgers home to eat we already noticed all lettuce was white and pale like they did this purposely because I said something has been a problem. I took back the burgers and showed them this and no one person showed sympathy at all they all acted like I'm the problem,it's a bunch of young kids untrained
Workers were rude and very inconsiderate of the customer. Felt very rushed to order despite having 3 vehicles in front of us. Overall a poor experience and seemingly shameless employees. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The service was awful. The girl working in the drive thru was extremely rude! She would make very loud obnoxious sighing sounds that I could hear through the speaker after every time I would order an item, I only ordered 3 things, it’s not like I had a long complicated list or anything like that. And then I was going to order a blizzard a she told me “Our ice cream machine isn’t freezing”, me, “oh, okay, no worries”. So then when I get up to the window the rudeness continues as she yanks my debit card out of my hand basically throws my receipt at me. While I’m waiting for my food I notice that people being waited on inside are being served ice cream? I’m confused, I thought the machine wasn’t working, I digress, I let it go continue waiting for my food. When it finally arrives the girl working the drive thru window practically slings my food out the window toward me, rolls her eyes then slams the window in my face. I get everyone has bad days or maybe she’s going through something personally but like don’t bring it into work, please do better Kadence or maybe don’t work in customer service. I’m not asking for an overzealous amount of happiness or helpfulness just the bare minimum so I don’t feel like I’m an inconvenience when I’m literally paying to eat there.
