My experience at the tag office was very good very quick and a common manner very nice staff. And was able to receive an appointment the same day
During our latest visit, we arrived at our usual time and took a seat at our favorite table, only to be informed that the dining room was closed. There's also a younger woman who works there, and the rude staff member often treats her disrespectfully, especially when it comes to how she prepares the sandwiches. You'd think asking for extra pickles was a major offense! On top of that, this woman claimed our daughter's sandwich had a different type of meat, even though she consistently orders the same sandwich made the same way. Aside from these issues, the food is quite good, and the rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, it’s just that one employee who negatively impacts the overall experience.
I placed my order and arrived at the restaurant, but my food wasn't ready when I got there. To top it off, my sandwich didn't have the sauce I had requested.
I had the most disappointing experience at this Subway. The manager was exceptionally rude, and when I brought up my concerns, she simply dismissed them, saying she didn’t care and suggesting we go elsewhere if we were unhappy. I ordered a salad on Easter Sunday, but when it arrived, it contained no greens—just a handful of small pieces of rotisserie chicken. When I called to discuss this, she blamed me for not properly ordering a salad. What kind of establishment serves a salad without any greens? Unfortunately, I won’t be returning with my family as long as that manager is running things. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would.
