A typical Italian bar in the centre of Luino. Two prosecci and two espressi drunk. A brioche with a jam. All Tip top and cheap. Staff was friendly and fast. The bar is a popular meeting place for locals and you feel in the middle of Italy. Nice place. Here we go. d View all feedback.
What Lombemilia18 doesn't like about Caffe Centrale Di Luigi De Martini:
Waiter/titular for nothing empathetic, I will remember it as “Mr. NO”, which also brings me the receipt at the table after I ordered a post lunch coffee, things never seen in a bar. But why do you work with people if you don't like it? ! View all feedback.
Incommentable the arrogance and spocchios of the owner! Historic premises of the old Luino in a privileged position but that it would need a refurbished thoroughly, especially regarding the bathrooms and cleaning in general. Bad service, spritz watered so much to look like children's syrups, served without the usual accompaniment snaks (they give them in low season when they have to tidy up local customers) but in high season just a bowl of popcorn... the tourists of northern Europe do not understand a caxxo (words of the owner)...
I can't report anything negative. we have drunk aperol splash who came fast and was good
Sorry to have to confirm how much read in previous reviews. “Poca courtesy” is an euphemism when a waitress comes with paper and pen without even greeting and without bringing a menu. IRRITANTE attitude to “serve” at the table practically banging on the table cups glasses and cans. Unacceptable. Too bad! A bar a few steps from the long lake of a beautiful place like Luino should be adapted to the square. Never again!
For decades the bar in luino. large room, best espresso and cappuccino and the brioche filled with apricot jam are the best wide and wide. simply an institution with super friendly service. absolute recommendation!
I was in this bar a few days ago with my family. We sat outside, after a bit of waiting, because no one showed up at the entrance. Once sitting, a waiter arrived (maybe the owner? who asked us what we wanted to order. We asked him for a menu and with annoying we were told that if we looked around we would have found it (mah! . We ordered ice creams and a crush (as usual, but they didn't even bring us a napkin, other than the one in the cups. What do you mean? Surely we will not return!
