Incommentable the arrogance and spocchios of the owner! Historic premises of the old Luino in a privileged position but that it would need a refurbished thoroughly, especially regarding the bathrooms and cleaning in general. Bad service, spritz watered so much to look like children's syrups, served without the usual accompaniment snaks (they give them in low season when they have to tidy up local customers) but in high season just a bowl of popcorn... the tourists of northern Europe do not understand a caxxo (words of the owner)...

Sorry to have to confirm how much read in previous reviews. “Poca courtesy” is an euphemism when a waitress comes with paper and pen without even greeting and without bringing a menu. I was in this bar a few days ago with my family. We sat outside, after a bit of waiting, because no one showed up at the entrance.
