Has great potential, spacious restaurant and outside seared area in good weather, close to the lake, very busy, I went there with friends for their Apero night that starts around this time going forward into the Summer months, we waited over an hour to be...served, kept asking the waiters if we could order they said they would come to our table but didn 't, there were not enough staff to cover the tables and other guests got served before us who arrived after us, I felt this was quite rude and bad service, will not be going there again.

Avoid this place if you want to enjoy good food in a quiete surrounding. In this restaurant the noice level makes it difficult to have a normal conversation without screaming. However, the quality of food is good (expecially meet) and also the service is friendly...and competent.

Four grilled lamb chops, whipped creamy potatoes, fantastic ratouille, apple strudel with cinnamon ice cream and water 25 SCF unbelievable price for the foods. This was the TOP meal that we had in Lugano. So unexpected as it was in the park and attached...to the Convention Center. We will return tomorrow!

These restaurants offers on amazing view on the lake. The food is amazing and fits perfectly with the whole concept of a brunch. Perfect for both couples, families and why not friends too!

Four of us booked here for dinner, on the assumption that we would be having an expensive, but enjoyable one star Michelin experience. It was expensive, but there was no Michelin experience!! Apart from one lady who was on duty, the rest of the male...staff did not have the faintest idea about service. They were so bad that I can only assume that all the original staff had left, and these were just casual staff sent from a local agency? Food was pretty average, and mediocre compared to some of the many little restaurants around the town. Not once did a waiter come to pour our wine, unacceptable in a pub/bistro, but absolutely disgraceful in a restaurant that claims to have a Michelin star. At the end of the meal I ordered a glass of Port to finish. About 15 minutes later the waiter returned to tell me they had no Port!!! I ordered an Irish Coffee instead, but after circa 30 minutes, it still had not come so we asked for the bill. After another 15 minutes the bill came, accompanied by a cup of coffee. The waiter said it was my 'Irish Coffee ', and it was complimentary because of the delay. I pointed out that it was standard coffee in a cup and not an Irish coffee. He said he would check again, and about ten minutes later returned with a brown homogenous mix in a glass, which turned out to be a mixture of cold coffee, whiskey and possibly cream or milk. Unbelievable ineptitude by what must constitute the worst serving staff I have ever encountered, anywhere. Yes you deserve one star, and that is exactly what I give you. I just hope the Michelin man returns soon to correct this culinary aberration!!
