Venita Rhea's In Rockl - Lufkin

Great atmosphere, the murals on the wall have hidden cameos painted into them for the people who are good at Where's Waldo. Kristine was our server today and she was fabulous. Very attentive, coffee and the mimosas were filled quickly before they were empty. The mimosas are tasty. They don't have a wide variety of flavors, but orange and cranberry are decent options. My daughter had the breakfast wrap, my wife and I had different types of Venita Browns. She had bacon and sausage, I had corned beef and pastrami. The food was wonderful. We've been back a few times now. Great service and food each time.

ABSOLUTELY THE GREATEST...IN EVERYWAY! FOOD, SERVICE, ATMOSPHERE STAFF WAS OVER BEYOND AMAZING! Even the other customers were great!

Above average food, waitress was very attentive and friendly. I had the eggs Benedict and am very picky about hollandaise sauce. It's a simple sauce of mainly butter, egg yolks and lemon and if done right is rich creamy and delicious. Many places try to embellish with their own twist which it doesn't need. This place had a basic hollandaise that was better than most places. The potatoes in my home fries tasted fresh not frozen. Overall a pleasant breakfast.

Ordered the breakfast burrito which I found bland, only with Pepper Plant (happy to see Pepper Plant was available) did it have flavor. Potatoes with onions were tasty. Partner's benedict with fried eggplant he also found bland. Friends oatmeal was a huge serving with goodies to place on top, but watery. Serviing size large on all 3 meals, coffee lacking, but flavor, lacking on taste for all of our dishes, to all of our tastes. Service was fabulous.
