Tsubaki Japanese - Lufkin

Served for lunch, sat at the Hibachi Grill. Our waitress was Teresa. She was amazing that our Hibachi cook with our children was really great and involves them with jokes in food preparation and tried to catch food. The staff was amazing and the food was excellent. Just the best rice in town.

Absolutely wonderful sushi restaurant! The rolls are always so fresh and tasty, and also very creative! They have put themselves on every level in presentation, and every cut of fish I had is excellent! Besides, the drinks are great, and the staff is super friendly and fun! I moved back to Lufkin from Austin, where I had several sushi restaurants that I had visited if Tsubaki had been in Austin, it would have been my regular place. We're lucky in Lufkin!

Was from the city for work... never thought that Lufkin had a great sushi place, but it was so delicious! Recommend the sushi! Peppertuna appetizer was so good!

We had a great time. The food was great. Our server was very child-friendly... That was great because we had four of them with us. It was my first visit and I will come back many more times.
