So many little things. Charging extra for the cheese when you order a philly cheesesteak sandwich is wrong on so many levels. The music was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. The seating was sparse. You order at front, pick up your own food and they still ask for a tip. Neither the burger or the philly were very good. Overpriced and not a pleasant experience at all. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I will come back here every time I visit Joplin. The onion rings while not rings are amazing. The service was nice and friendly and fast.
Went in there with a friend today for lunch and got a double cheeseburger combo and it was excellent! Best burger in joplin. The fries were delicious as well. Had plenty of seasonings to choose from for your fries as well. And definitely ask for sauces, their ranch and fry sauce were amazing. If you do come you better bring a big appetite, because I’m a big dude and I struggled with finishing it.

We are relatively new customers and wow I am beyond impressed. Food is amazing the staff are so friendly and interact well with each other and the customers. The place is clean and well managed The burgers are amazing along with the pulled pork, Philly cheesesteak, Ruben and absolutely delicious Mac and cheese bites.
