The food was not very fresh and didn't meet the standards of my previous visit 3 years ago, but the staff was friendly. However, on my recent visit, our server, Bratasia, was excellent! She was efficient, incredibly friendly, and helpful. I will definitely request to sit in her section when I return. What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
The black salmon was dry and flavorless. The waitress appeared to be new, as she had to consult with someone else when we asked for assistance. The restaurant does not offer senior discounts or accept AARP cards. However, I did enjoy the roasted Brussels sprouts and potatoes. View all feedback.
The Fish and Chips at this restaurant were incredibly delicious and we had a wonderful dining experience. My family and I will definitely be returning, as we were very impressed with the quality of the food.
Waitress--Checked...she really tried her best. This is the worse service I have ever had at a red lobster--really hate to try another one; is this the new standard? Part of the group arrived around 6 and got a table, the rest of us arrived around 620. We ordered dinner around 6:45pm, the food arrived at the table around 7:55pm. The cake over around 5 mins before to apologize that they had to cook us new entree because they sat for too long and the food was cold. Unbelievable--restaurant is empty! Food came out COLD!!!! We got a 20% discount which to some of us wasn't enough because they didn't get their salad nor their sides. It worked for me because I ordered appetizers as my meal. Red Lobster--do better!
Was very specific about not having garlic on my wife's food. Garlic butter was used and completely ruined her meal.
We hadn't been here in years, so decided to check it out again. We had an awesome waitress and the food was great. The calamari was the best we have had in a long time, perfectly cooked. The Tropical Sangria was delicious and balanced well. My husband and l loved the Grilled Rainbow Trout. The tarter sauce was too sweet for me but the waitress brought lemons and that helped a lot. We will be back.
The seafood at this restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. Our waitress provided great service with a pleasant smile.
