Pizza Hut - Lufkin

Pizza was great but we were overcharged. Online price was listed $9.99 for 1 pizza and when we went to purchase said pizza it was $17 and some change. We had no extra topping. Plain pepperoni pizza.

Poor experience..Bad customer service. Cheesebreads were over cooked and dry...

Our order was sent out via door dash and the sanitary SEAL was broken on the food! Pizza hut DID NOT ask us if door dash was ok, I would have picked it up myself!!I do NOT use food delivery services except pizza!When I called to inquire the manager kendra, that is the name she gave) claimed the seal was already broken when it left the store, however, I called in from a number NOT associated with my account and never gave information for my order so she didn 't know what my order was nor what whether it was sealed!She was very rude and disrespectful and I had to throw away $30 worth of pizza!?

The Lufkin Pizza huts have gotten way better over the last couple of years.

They do an awesome job with allergies specifically at this location. They no longer offer dine-in service.Dietary restrictions: They make a vegan supreme pizza to perfection if you can't tolerate milk or processed meats like me. I just build it the way I want in app and it's always issue-free.
