What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Every time we come here, there are only 2 options to choose because they no longer cooked food, and this is in the middle of the day. I am usually not one to complain or leave a review, but the employees were much too overwhelming, gossiping all the time, and huddling in a group on their phones we were there while an employee worked and the shells remained empty. Good food but It just takes to long get some food most day's I have been there, and I can't seem to pinpoint the reason why it takes so long every time I go there it seems perfectly fine well run restaurant maybe I just a bad luck with the food I order, last time I was there was 7+1 staff members working.
Their food is usually great, but it was very dry everything was dry. The veggies were very old like if they were from yesterday. The chicken didn’t have no taste dry. The shrimp was burned and hard!! I was very disappointed today !! My kids could eat their meal we had to throw it all away..
I could not believe they charged me for a cup of water but gave it away to another person. Raised prices too. Place was dirty. The tables were sticky. Food was bland This location was disappointing
This Lufkin store screws up everything. They get my order right about 1 out of 5 times. Foods good but its like this store is ran by toddlers
I usually enjoy the food at this restaurant, but today when I went the employee informed me that they may not have enough chow mein to fulfill my order. Instead of providing an alternative, they filled our chow mein with cabbage. There is so much cabbage that it overpowers the dish and makes it difficult to eat the chow mein.
