La'bonita Michoacana - Lufkin

As someone who loves unique foods, this place is a huge sinful pleasure for me. I desperately love Rose ice cream and they have it! It! They have so many unique flavors, there's no way I can try all the ice creams. And that's not the only kind of dessert and foods that they have. Everybody in Lufkin and the surrounding areas definitely need to go to this place and enjoy everything that they have. If I could go here daily, I would.

This is the best ice cream hands down! Better than BlueBell or Marble Slab. Love all the flavor options too. My favorite so far is Mexican Vanilla.

Lots of Great choices of ice cream flavors. Waffle cones and cups. Portions are perfect. A small cup is more than enough for me. They also offer snack options like chips with toppings, flavored waters (agua frescas) fruit with toppings. Clean restaurant. Never too busy. Parking is convenient. Prices are reasonable. Popsicles available. Frozen banana treats available. They will allow you to sample.

The customer service was terrible. Both cashiers glanced at us from the register—one was chopping fruit, while the other was just chatting. We stood in line for about four minutes without either of them addressing us. As we were leaving, one of the girls simply shrugged her shoulders.

This is definitely the place to be! The staff is fantastic and really helpful with their recommendations. The flavors are incredible. Don't overlook this gem!
