This place is a disgrace to the sport of bowling, loud uncensored rap music, never seen lanes as dry in my 7 years of bowling. Lanes didnt work properly, absolute dump!

I booked a reservation a week ahead of time in order to have lanes reserved for my party of 15 and also paid in full in advanced. Upon arrival, I was asked for a physical card, due to the facility receiving chargebacks from guests, which I understand. I proceeded to take cash out and pay cash for my party, with the understanding that I would receive a refund on my card, since I did not have the physical card. It has now been 2 weeks and I have constantly been contacting the facility with no answer or no manager on staff. I HAVE NOT received my refund which was almost double what I paid for in cash. With our reservations we still had to wait for lanes to open and an employee mentioned that reservations are made to make the guest feel important. Very horrible experience.

Out the way spot, very clean .The bowling balls don't cut up your fingers. They lady at the front desk is very nice and inviting. The only negative I have is, it be chilly in there so dress appropriately.
