When I didn 't get an answer after 3 days, I called. I got Mr. Kraas, who told me, You 've already sent us an email, we have evening business now and no time. He wanted to come forward, but has not yet done so. The way my request was rejected is abysmal! Unworthy of such a place! Pure arrogance! Noteworthy details: Unkindness! Never again

We were shown to our place in the winter garden... read more We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary there as a couple. Generally: The welcome was very warm and friendly. We were shown to our place in the winter garden and shortly afterwards asked what drinks we wanted. After the drinks we were served homemade bread with homemade greaves. Eat: We chose the Chateaubriand for two people with oven-baked vegetables, fries and pepper sauce, cooked medium we were asked . The meat was brought to the table whole and expertly sliced and served by the waitress Sabrina. The cooking point was 100% hit, the oven vegetables still had a bite and were well seasoned. The sauce was delicious, but we didn't need it given the quality of the meat. There was a steak seasoning with the meat, which went really well. Meat: When we asked, we found out that it was Irish beef, raised open range without growth agents or antibiotics. After slaughter, the meat was dry aged for 21 days, then vacuum packed and matured for another ! 21 days. It almost melted in your mouth. Price: The €76.50 is more than justified. Always my pleasure. Addendum from 01/13/25: We were there again two days ago and can't add anything to the original review, everything was great, but we would like to point out that at this price level you can expect a higher quality card and placemats. The menu could be presented on a clipboard and the sets wouldn't have to be made of paper.
