Ein sehr netter Gruß aus der Küche hat uns überrascht. Rote Beete mit Knoblauch und Olivenöl gebraten. Sensationell. Gerne erklärt er sein Rezept und hat hervorgehoben, das die Blätter mitgekocht werden. Der Weißwein hatte mir ein wenig zu viel Säure. Das Pils ist gut. Gerne ging der Chef des Hauses auf meine spezial Wünsche ein. Alles kein Problem. Gerne wieder.
