Cafe Czudaj Am Klingenberg - Lübeck

We visited this café several times, for breakfast, for a coffee shop in the afternoon. And some times we were quite disappointed! The fact that in the smoking room there is an unannounced sprinkling of the guests with nasty fragrance, I felt particularly concerned. Since I am affected by a fragrance allergy, after this incident I suffered some time under allergic phenomena. In my opinion, there is an urgent need for a hint to be attached to the door, and the kindness of the service (and especially the boss) leaves much to be desired. Too bad, because the quality of food is very tidy and the location is wonderful.

Das Frühstück war geprägt von einem Cappuccino mit gekippter Milch. Die Croissants hatten auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Marmeladen waren sehr gut und die freundliche, charmante Bedienung machte einiges wieder gut. Allerdings war am Nachmittag dann scheinbar der Zucker für den Espresso alle und der Bienenstich war wohl aus der historischen Ecke. Wir werden aber eine zweite Chance geben.

Pasticceria nel centro di Lubecca, interessante la quantità di torte, alcune molto particolari. Uno dei pochi locali già aperti la mattina presto.

We have found this nice coffee house by bind chance. Kids wanted ice cream and we needed some caffeine and some protection against the heavy rain.Luckily we found a table when entering the coffee house. Coffee and ice cream had been perfect but when we saw the delicious looking tarts we had to try them. Absolutely delicious!!! The service was very attentive and friendly.Thank you. All six of us had been happy and we will come back!
