More then bad... never again!!! too expensive, too dirty and it smells so bad... this is fear for customers... the pictures and information are more fake...

A bit the “remix” on the lübecker königsstraße seems to be understood as a gastronomic edifice milk sow. this is already evident from the name of the house as “Cafe, bistro, Bar”. Every day, we try to bring guests with a wide variety of wishes to return and to deliver a quality in a reasonable price range. I personally visited the remix so far twice exclusively for a daily strengthening under the week. Interior. at the first visit in the januar 2018, a young female service acted friendly and welcomed me with the menu immediately without a long waiting period. the empty run on the basis of the restaurants that were only filled in at the time of my visit, but then rather at the bar with their smartphone. on demand, they were equally at the table, but are they satisfied with a specific initiative? I would have wished. 3 months later a young man, who was also asking himself for desire and satisfaction and was very attentive. the lunch card tries to keep something ready for every taste: from fast food to pasta, salads, meat to vegetarian dressing should everyone find something suitable. at the first return in the remix, I decided from the then offer for the vegetarian “Hirsefladen filled with cheese, on Julienne-Gemüse-Creme” for then 6.9€. ‘editories filled with cheese, on Julienne-Gemüse-Creme’ with a supplemental salad. the dish came hot steaming after 10 minutes on the table. included in the price was also a small dish of salatbuffet, which, although not a large selection, was still fresh. the “loads” turned out to be a heir balls filled with cheese. unfortunately they were a little compact and the cheese was not really to taste because of the very small amount. I wouldn't call them unfit, but there were kartoffels, lax and tubing, as well as a curry sauce. the sweet had a bit of bite, but was optimal for my taste, because I find softly cooked vegetables worse. the curry sauce was creamy and thus made some impressions of the creamy one that was advertised in the title of the dish. also tastefully, she kept the expected curry aroma. so this court was not an exceptional quality, but for 6.9€ it was not possible to taste great even given the size of the portion. In the april 2018, it should go meaty with the “Arabic Pan” with chicken breast, pineapple, banana, peasy and rusty in curry cream sauce. without changing the price, I also liked to change the wish from brot to rice as a supplement. “Arab pan” with chicken breast, pineapple, banana, plucked and rusty in curry cream sauce, with rice and insole salad. the chicken meat was tender and also not dry, but it could of course not get to the quality as in a gourmet restaurant from the juiciness, which was also not to be expected in view of the once more reasonable price of 7.1€. otherwise the curry cream sauce clearly dominated the taste picture on the teller. less is often more in cooking art and here it was a little exaggerated with a “Curry Lake”. the banane was, in the form of discs, contained in good quantity and thus came through tastefully, although fortunately it was not boiled to the baby bread. the pineapple pieces were also present in good proportion, while one had to look for brooms and rusty rather in vain. the dish was also gratined with cheese, which makes it a little creamier and savory again. the old natiw to the bread-riched rice was loose and well cooked. Overall, this lunch court was not fortunate, as feared, too sweet, but quite tasty, although for reasons mentioned, still with air up. the salat from the buffet again did not provide surprises. the price-performance ratio can not be complained in remix to the lunch table, so that someone looking for a favorable intermediate meal is quite happy. However, there is a potential for improvement.
