Was Jourdan Magali at Java Baba's a mag?
Place is fantastic, great videos, the owner Bob really cares about his food and the quality of it. Everything here is great and I look forward to coming to Okemo just to stop by in the morning for breakfast and for lunch during a great ski day. Try it, you won’t regret it! View all feedback.
What Joann Verano dislikes about Java Baba's:
The guy that waited on me was very rude and I felt very uncomfortable like I was bothering him. I asked if they had any natural sweetener and he poured a bunch of syrup in my expeesso. Terrible experience. I went there on Oct 5th at 10:15. View all feedback.

The setting is more reminiscent of a bar, featuring spacious tables. You place your order at the counter and there is no table service.
Best sandwiches! Great coffee and tea. Really nice owner. What more can you ask for?
I had an early morning coffee and took a egg and cheese on a croissant to go. A very nice man gave me a good hot coffee with nothing but kindness. I sat at a table and waited for the sandwich. It was very comfortable in the coffee shop and I will be happy to go back!
Nestled in Ludlow, this cozy spot offers a warm, local vibe with delicious, fresh breakfast and lunch options like green eggs and ham, Reuben sandwiches, and sticky buns. The owner’s friendly, engaging service adds a welcoming touch, creating a homey atmosphere perfect for starting the day or refueling after outdoor adventures. While some customers noted occasional staffing challenges and inconsistent service, most praise the attentive, kind staff and quality homemade offerings, including standout iced coffee and chai lattes. Ideal for both quick coffee stops and leisurely brunches, this eatery remains a beloved local favorite worth visiting.

Today, for the first time, I was warmly greeted with kindness and a friendly welcome. It felt wonderful to go out and explore places again post-vaccination. I haven't had the chance to eat here yet (though I do have some photos), but judging by the owner's charm and the length of time he has been in business, it's clear he’s doing something right. I highly recommend stopping by to grab a bite to start your day and chat with the owner. He has a wonderful perspective on life, and I’m happy to support businesses like his.
This is a spacious local spot with friendly staff and great music. Most importantly, the food is excellent. I ordered the Carson Sandwich, and I highly recommend it. If you're searching for tasty, high-quality food at the base of Okemo Mountain, this is the place to be. We’re already looking forward to our next visit next season. Don’t miss out on Java Baba’s!
Was on holiday weekends and stayed here for lunch and coffee. The man at the counter was super nice, funny and had a great personality. He was even short staff and offered a wonderful service. I'd definitely go back when we get back on vacation. I recommend everyone over there.
Finest place to have a brunch. Yes the cooking might be slow but the food and coffee were definitely worth the wait, apart from couple of hot chocolate which takes away 1 . But the sandwiches the bagels/burgers top notch. Total worth
