I recently visited a restaurant in Pennsylvania and had the most incredible pizza I've ever tasted. I suspect it's because they cook it in a wood-fired oven. An unexpectedly pleasant experience. We were hungry and having trouble finding something open,grumpy to be at a pizza joint, but quickly figured out that this was not your average pizza place.
