Spent two evenings at Du Jour one for drinks at the bar and one for dinner. The bar was great and the duo singing (with a somewhat inappropriate group name) were fantastic. Dinner was good as long as you did not stray too far from the mainstays. My wife had the soba bowl, which did not include soba noodles (they were more like udon noddles), was not that tasty. On the other hand, my grilled chicken sandwich was great... View all feedback.
What Ralph Grochowski doesn't like about Du Jour Vt:
The food is literally the worst I have tasted in any restaurant ever. I left the whole meal on a plate after just one bite. I had a burger and my kids had skewers. Everything was burnt and oily. The food reeked with old frying oil and charcoal. Their fries were really saggy and oily as well. Their drinks? Do t even get me started. Stay away from this place. View all feedback.
There must be better options in this town. The prices displayed on the wall are outdated, and the prices quoted are from the website. I wouldn't pay $7 for a large latte at Starbucks, yet this place wants the same. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20.
Sure! Please provide the text of the restaurant review that you would like me to rewrite.
I stopped by for a quick meal while heading north. The place wasn't too crowded, and they had live music, which was a nice bonus! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with maple flavoring, and it was absolutely the best choice for flavor. I also had waffle-shaped sweet potato fries, which were fantastic—I could have eaten a whole plate of them! I definitely recommend paying this place a visit.
The dining room was unappealing, and the prices were excessively high. The food was quite disappointing. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price range per person: $50–100.
They were very accommodating to our large part that walked in without reservations. Fun atmosphere and the food and drinks were great! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
